How Get2gether works

1. Apply

Apply on our website or in the app. You will need:

  • Your email, name and date of birth. You must be 18 or over.
  • Your gender (not shown on your profile) and what you do.
  • The city you live in, and other cities you visit often.
  • Your Instagram and LinkedIn. Adding both makes your review faster.
  • At least 3 photos where we can clearly see your face.
  • A referral code and phone number, if you have them (optional).

2. We review your application

A real person on our team reads every application. If a member referred you, you move up the list. We usually reply within 2 weeks. When you are approved, we let you know in the app, and on WhatsApp if you added your phone number.

3. Look around, then pick a membership

Once approved, you can look around the app. To join events, message people and host plans, choose a membership.

Every plan lets you join events, connect with members and chat.

Prices

  • London: Member £18.99, Premium £21.99, VIP £39.99 a month.
  • Singapore: Member about S$25.37, Premium about S$37.22, VIP about S$67.69 a month.

Prices are a guide only. The price you see in the App Store or Google Play may be different because of local taxes and store pricing.

4. Find and join events

Browse events on the Gallery and tap one to see the details.

  • Join: you are in straight away.
  • Request to Join: the host checks your request, and you get a notification when they accept you.

Once you are in, you get the event group chat. Some events are only for certain ages, genders or VIP members.

5. Paying for events

Your membership does not cover the cost of each event. If an event has a price, you see it as the Entry Price.

  • Get2gether events are often free, or you pay at the venue. We don't make a profit from events.
  • Member events often split the bill at the end.
  • Partner events take you to the organiser's own page.

6. Host your own plans

Tap Host an Event on the Gallery tab, and we create a group chat for it. Or tap Post a Hangout for something simple, like a coffee or a run.

Can't go anymore?

Open the event and tap I am no longer interested, or Cancel Request if you are still waiting. We let the host know. The host manages refunds, so contact them for the event's refund rules.

Cancelling your membership

Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You keep your membership until the end of the time you paid for. Full steps are on our Support page (get2gethernow.com/support).
