These terms are an agreement between you and GET2GETHERNOW LTD ("Get2gether", "we", "us"). By using the Get2gether app or get2gethernow.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Get2gether. Our company number is 15524299 and our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over.
You apply, and our team reviews every application. We can say no without giving a reason.
The information you give us must be true, and your photos must be of you.
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details safe, because you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Membership and payments

Once approved, you can look around the app. To join events, message people and host plans, you need a membership.
You buy and renew your membership through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You keep your membership until the end of the time you paid for. Refunds for memberships are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
Prices shown on our website are a guide. The price in the App Store or Google Play is the one you pay.
Referral rewards follow the rules shown in the app.

Events

Events come from Get2gether, from members and from partner businesses. The host of each event is responsible for it, including its price, payment and refunds.
Your membership does not cover the cost of each event. You do not pay for events in the app.
Look after yourself at events, and follow the venue's rules. For events Get2gether hosts, we take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for what other attendees do.

How to behave

Get2gether is for friendships and social plans, not dating. You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone.
Post anything false, misleading, explicit or illegal, or anything that is not yours to share.
Pretend to be someone else, or create more than one account.
Sell, advertise or collect other members' details without their permission.
Try to break, copy or misuse the app or website.

You can report or block anyone. Our team reviews every report.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages and events you post. You let us show them in Get2gether so the service works. You are responsible for what you post.

Suspending or closing accounts

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel your membership, so cancel it first.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Get2gether safe and working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what members or partners do, on or off Get2gether. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Get2gether, you accept the new terms.
